1. Overview

prodiagauto.com is published by ProDiagAuto, a sole trader registered with the Vienne Trade and Companies Register under number 130 939 424 (see the Legal notice). By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms of service and our Terms and conditions of sale.

2. Customers

The website is intended for automotive professionals as well as consumers.

3. Customer account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. The information you provide (company name, address, email) must be accurate and up to date.

4. Products and prices

We strive to present products as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding. Prices are shown in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). We may change prices and the catalogue at any time; the applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

5. Ordering, payment and delivery

Ordering, payment and delivery terms are set out in our Terms and conditions of sale and on the Shipping & returns page. Payment is made in a single instalment on a secure page.

6. Returns and refunds

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. This right does not apply to business purchases. Details are set out in our Refund policy.

7. Use of the website

It is forbidden to use the website for unlawful purposes, to attempt to disrupt its operation or to extract its content by automated means. The texts, visuals and graphic elements of the website are protected; any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

Products must be used in accordance with their instructions and good practice. ProDiagAuto cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse. ProDiagAuto's liability towards a business customer is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or error.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online when you place your order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts for ProDiagAuto's registered office.
