Ordering and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes, a confirmation email summarising your order is sent as soon as payment is confirmed.

Delivery

How can I track my order?

Every parcel ships with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as it leaves. The estimated delivery time is shown when you order.

Do you ship internationally?

Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. Outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be payable by the recipient.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. For a damaged or non-conforming product, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Full details are on the Shipping & returns page.
