Consumers – Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Let us know via our Contact page or at prodiagauto.contact@gmail.com, then return the product complete, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The refund, including the original delivery costs (standard rate), is made within 14 days of your request, using the original payment method. It may be withheld until the returned product is received.

Business customers

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in the course of a professional activity.

Damaged or non-conforming product

Report it in writing as soon as possible, and within 3 days for business customers, with your order number and photos. If the parcel is damaged, note it with the courier. Once validated, the product is replaced or refunded. Consumers also benefit from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity.

Please do not send any parcel back without contacting us first.

Cancelled order

If an order is cancelled by ProDiagAuto (product unavailable, pricing error), the customer is refunded in full.
