Shipping policy

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland France and to the countries offered at checkout. If your country is not listed, delivery is not currently available there.

2. Delivery times

Order preparation: [1 to 3] business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery in France: [3 to 7] business days after shipping.

International delivery: [7 to 15] business days after shipping.

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination and busy periods.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.

4. Multiple parcels

As our products may ship from different warehouses, an order with several items may arrive in several parcels, on different dates, at no extra cost to you.

5. Order tracking

Every parcel ships with a tracking number, sent by email when it leaves. You can track your delivery at any time with this number.

6. Receiving your parcel

On receipt, check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier. If it is damaged, note it with the courier, then confirm it to the carrier within 3 days. Also report the problem to ProDiagAuto within 3 days of receipt, with your order number and photos.

7. Delivery address

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address given when ordering. A parcel returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be re-shipped at your expense.

8. Deliveries outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be payable by the recipient. They are not included in the price and remain your responsibility.
